"To kick off your trip to New Mexico right, you should probably start ... with good food. It can be had in abundance at The Blue Heron restaurant at Sunrise Springs Resort, a few miles outside Santa Fe. This restaurant has earned accolades for its sustainable cuisine, and its focus is on local Southwestern food that manages to be both haute and healthy."

Travelocity review
“The grounds are beautiful, the spa was wonderful, the Blue Heron restaurant was excellent. We dined on the patio overlooking a beautiful pond, listened to live music and even sat outside at the Lotus Bar for drinks. They have a beautiful swimming pool, Japanese Teahouse and a wonderful Clay studio. I will definitely go back and stay on my next visit to Santa Fe.”
