Director of Human Resources

We are a newly developed integrative wellness center near Santa Fe, New Mexico. We offer people an immersion experience of balanced living in a unique resort like environment. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for managing all human resources functions, including: policy development and implementation, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee orientation and training, and performance management.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in human resource administration and management;
  • Significant previous HR managerial/director experience;
  • PHR or SPHR certification highly desirable;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication;
  • Thorough understanding of all applicable Federal and New Mexico State personnel rules, regulations and laws;
  • Oversee staff training and development in support of a continuous improvement process;
  • Manage all employee-related documentation; and
  • Develop and adhere to an annual HR budget.

Clinical Director

In a unique resort-like setting, Sunrise Springs provides an immersion in Balanced Living for adults seeking an individually tailored approach to conventional and complementary wellness services. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Clinical Director will oversee the design and delivery of all clinical/therapeutic services and facilitate an integrated approach to therapeutic care across the program. The Clinical Director will supervise primary therapists to insure adherence to program standards, philosophy and objectives and will have the responsibility of overseeing the therapeutic training of all direct care staff. The Clinical Director will also assist in the evaluation of prospective guests to determine appropriateness for admission to Sunrise Springs and will maintain a small therapeutic caseload, as needed. The Clinical Director will be a member of the Leadership Team and will be involved in marketing Sunrise Springs to prospective referral sources.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Licensed (or license eligible in New Mexico) Master’s or Doctoral level clinician
  • Minimum 5 years post-licensure
  • Previous experience as a clinical director in a residential, therapeutic environment
  • Familiarity and alignment with an integrated wellness approach to behavioral health
  • Working knowledge of experiential therapies and complementary wellness services

Head Groundskeeper – Sunrise Springs, The Center for Integrative Healing
For large, well landscaped, therapeutic facility in spring-fed valley near Santa Fe. The Head Groundskeeper will report to Facilities Director and will be responsible for managing landscape crew and all landscape maintenance, upkeep and gardening projects. Tasks include, but are not limited to oversight of all pruning, trimming, mulching, weeding, seeding, transplanting, fertilizing, amending, watering, deadheading, shoveling, raking, sweeping, composting, maintenance of pathways and all irrigation systems, operating standard landscaping equipment, tractor work, maintaining records in the form of reports, checklists, tool inventory and maintenance. Position will interface with horticultural therapy program and must possess willingness to learn and understand the purpose and value of therapeutic landscapes. Spanish speaker not required but preferred. Salary dependent on experience.
