Director of Business Development

Sunrise Springs is a newly developed integrative wellness center for adults located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We offer our clients an immersion experience of balanced living in a unique resort-like setting. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Business Development is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clinicians and other referring professionals, programs and organizations. The position is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico and will require frequent travel.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in program-based marketing;
  • Maintain a broad, well-established referral network of clinical and psychiatric providers;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication;
  • Previous clinical training/experience is highly desirable;
  • Event planning for Professional Weekends and CEU events;
  • Manage a team of regional marketing representatives;
  • Develop high-impact marketing materials; and,
  • Represent Sunrise Springs at industry conferences.

Director of Human Resources

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for managing all human resources functions, including: policy development and implementation, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee orientation and training, and performance management.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in human resource administration and management;
  • Significant previous HR managerial/director experience;
  • PHR or SPHR certification highly desirable;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication;
  • Thorough understanding of all applicable Federal and New Mexico State personnel rules, regulations and laws;
  • Oversee staff training and development in support of a continuous improvement process;
  • Manage all employee-related documentation; and
  • Develop and adhere to an annual HR budget.

Head

For large, well landscaped, therapeutic facility in spring-fed valley near Santa Fe. The Head Groundskeeper will report to Facilities Director and will be responsible for managing landscape crew and all landscape maintenance, upkeep and gardening projects. Tasks include, but are not limited to oversight of all pruning, trimming, mulching, weeding, seeding, transplanting, fertilizing, amending, watering, deadheading, shoveling, raking, sweeping, composting, maintenance of pathways and all irrigation systems, operating standard landscaping equipment, tractor work, maintaining records in the form of reports, checklists, tool inventory and maintenance. Position will interface with horticultural therapy program and must possess willingness to learn and understand the purpose and value of therapeutic landscapes. Spanish speaker not required but preferred. Salary dependent on experience.
